Experience and Expertise
Makena joined Shannon & Associates in February of 2020. She previously worked as an administrator in a CPA firm. Makena has additional experience working in a real estate firm as well as storage facility. She has had the opportunity to learn the different ways in which an administrator can support a business.
The responsibilities of an administrator are diverse, and seldom are two days ever the same. An administrator should have a collaborative mind set as they are often assisting with many different projects. Bringing a “Yes, and…” attitude to a task, we assist in accomplishing tasks while keeping an eye out for quality. We trust in process to maintain the standard of work the firm relies on.

Cooking or baking at home with friends, or family, camping in the summer, and fitting in a game of cribbage whenever she can
